1.1 The Terms and Conditions below apply to all offers and transactions of Alixandre. Prices are subject to change.
1.2 By making an order, the consumer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Alterations from that specified in these Terms and Conditions are only valid when they are confirmed in writing by the management.
2.1 Alixandre guarantees that all products offered meet quality standards. If there are any complaints, the management should be informed immediately. Appropriate actions will be taken as soon as possible.
3.1 Alixandre reserves the right to change the prices, if necessary.
3.2 All prices are indicated in Philippine Pesos.
3.4 In some cases, promotional prices apply. These prices are valid only during a specified period as long as stocks last.
3.5 Alixandre cannot be held to any price that are incorrect as a result of typographical errors. No rights may be taken from incorrect price figures.
4.1 Alixandre is entitled to cancel or change the date of an event. Should this happen, Alixandre will do its best to inform you as soon as possible. Suitable solutions will be provided accordingly. However, Alixandre cannot guarantee it is possible to inform you timely of any change or cancellation of an event or be held responsible for refunds, compensations or for any resulting costs you may incur, for example for delivery, travel, accommodation and/or any other related goods or service.
4.2 Before confirming your order, always check carefully that you provided the correct date and time of delivery.
4.3 All purchases are final. The goods bought here cannot be returned for any refunds whatsoever; orders paid for likewise cannot be cancelled by the consumer and refunds cannot be claimed for any reason whatsoever.
5.1 All prices are VAT-inclusive.
5.2 All prices do not include delivery fees. The consumer is responsible for paying the necessary fees.
5.3 Methods of payment accepted are GCash and online bank transfer thru BPI and BDO.
5.4 Proof of payment must be sent to our email. Until your payment has been approved, you will not receive confirmation of your order.
6.1 The consumer must provide their complete name, complete delivery address, and an active contact number.
6.2 It must be agreed upon if Alixandre or the consumer will book the delivery thru a preferred courier service.
6.3 Alixandre will only book the delivery using a preferred courier service to one delivery address. In case of multiple deliveries, the consumer will be responsible for booking the deliveries.
